Hawthorn is a spacious and characterful cottage, part of a traditional barn that has been sensitively yet completely modernised. it has been refurbished to a high standard with underfloor heating and an open plan layout. Downstairs, the cottage has a downstairs toilet, and open plan living, dining and kitchen area (three steps down to kitchen/ diner from living area). A private patio is accessed from the patio door to the kitchen/ diner. There are two upstairs bedrooms and two bath/ shower rooms.

Accessibility information

The cottage is accessed from a parking area about 30 yards away, through a terraced patio with steps. The upstairs bedrooms/bathrooms are accessed via a staircase from the living area, and the rear patio has a step down the patio doors. We would suggest that the cottage may be unsuitable for guests with significant mobility problems.
