Rental Rates

Please see below our rates for staying at the cottage. These rates are weekly and assume a Friday check-in after 4pm and check-out before 10am at the end of your stay.

We also ask for a 30% payment on confirmation of your booking, with the final payment due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.   

Cancellation fees are as follows:

30% if you cancel within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday

100% if you cancel within 4 weeks of the start of your holiday

We also require a £250 security deposit to cover any damage.   For your convenience, we will also deduct additional items during your stay such as wood for the log burner, or car charging at certain times. Your remaining deposit will be returned within 14 days of your departure.

You are welcome to bring your dog (but not on the beds or furniture!), assuming it does not cause a nuisance to other guests and our farm animals.  Please keep your dog on a lead when entering a field and only let them off when you are sure there are no animals present. 

Our cottages are strictly non-smoking.

You may also wish to take out appropriate domestic travel insurance to cover for unexpected events.
